CNC Wood Projects

Our bread and butter. We work with a wide range of wood types to produce custom:

CNC Foam Carving & Sculpture (Expanding Service)

We are actively expanding into rigid foam carving for large-scale sculptural pieces, themed décor, props, and statement furniture. Foam allows for detailed, lightweight, large-format work that can be finished, painted, or coated to resemble stone, wood, or other materials.

3D Model Design (with Digital Assets)

Have a shape, logo, character, or concept you want fabricated? We can develop a 3D model from your reference material, or you can choose from our existing library of original digital assets. These models serve as the foundation for CNC cutting, carving, or printing.

Custom 3D model development from your concept or reference
Access to our original digital asset library for use in your project
Digital files available for clients who want to take designs elsewhere (file licensing terms apply)

Add-Ons & Finishing Services

Sanding & Surface Prep — included on most projects, finished-ready on request Staining & Sealing — available in a range of finishes; pricing varies by project size

Painting / Priming — base coat or full colour finish upon request

Assembly — for multi-component pieces requiring final fit and join

Rush Turnaround — available depending on schedule; additional fee applies All add-ons are discussed and agreed upon before work begins. You'll receive an itemized quote before any production starts.

A Note Before You Submit Your Quote Request:

The more detail you provide (dimensions, material preference, reference images), the more accurate your quote will be.

Projects requiring original 3D design work will include a design fee, which will be clearly outlined in your quote.

We reserve the right to decline projects that fall outside our current capabilities, but we'll always point you in the right direction if we can't help.
